About

The Most Credentialed Pain Management PT in Michigan.

TLC Pain Solutions isn't a chain. It's a practice built around one of the most experienced and published pain specialists in physical therapy — delivering care that matches the clinical depth of an academic institution with the personal attention of a private practice.

Dr. Tiziano Marovino, DPT

Dr. Marovino is the only physical therapist in the state of Michigan to hold board certification as a Diplomate in Pain Management from the American Academy of Integrative Pain Management (AAIPM). In a field where most credentials are general, his is specific: understanding and treating complex pain at a level most clinicians never reach.

Before founding TLC Pain Solutions, Dr. Marovino served as the founding director of Michigan's largest pain therapy center — building and leading a program that set the standard for multidisciplinary pain treatment in the state. That experience shaped his approach: thorough evaluation, evidence-based intervention, and an unwavering commitment to treating the whole person rather than chasing symptoms.

His research speaks for itself. With over 150 published articles in peer-reviewed medical journals, Dr. Marovino doesn't just follow the science — he contributes to it. His work has been recognized by the New York Times and Los Angeles Times, and he continues to publish on pain science, rehabilitation outcomes, and integrative care approaches.

At TLC, that depth of expertise is delivered personally. There are no rotating providers. No double-booked appointments. No 12-minute visits. Every patient receives Dr. Marovino's full attention and a care plan built on genuine clinical understanding — not a templated protocol pulled from a corporate manual.

Our Philosophy

Listen First

Every care plan starts with understanding your story, your goals, and your concerns. We don't diagnose from a checklist.

Treat Thoroughly

We look beyond the presenting symptom to identify root causes. Sustainable relief requires understanding what's actually happening — not just where it hurts.

Partner for Progress

Recovery isn't something done to you — it's something we build together. You'll always understand what we're doing and why.
